Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Order once placed can only be cancelled:
1. Within 2 hours from placing the order – Without Transaction Charges.
2. After 2 hours from placing the order – 10% of the total order value or Rs. 100 (whichever is higher) transaction charges will be deducted.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation request.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.

Refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if

1. The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport (excluding glass bottles/jars, where total order package weight exceeds 2.5 kgs).

2. The product has an expiry of less than 2 months.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account. During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

Disclaimer: Glass bottles/jars can break or shatter during transportation/courier. In case the total package weight exceeds 2.5 kgs, the consumer will not be entitled to a refund or replacement on broken products of the package.
